From the 25th of May 2018, the UK will see the biggest change to data privacy laws for over 20 years as the General Data Protection regulation (GDPR) begins.

The GDPR will be replacing the Data Protection Act and is a positive change towards giving individuals more control over how their data is used, how they will be contacted and an overall better protection of personal data.
